Our executive team is currently looking for a creative and analytical Senior Sales Representative to manage all new business development opportunities for our company.

Job Function

The primary job function would be to identify, evaluate and manage various growth opportunities such as Internet and back office development projects, infrastructure initiatives, IT outsourcing, strategic alliances, or expansion into new geographic markets. Additional responsibilities include generating weekly pipeline reports, ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions based on the data. Other duties include search engine optimization initiatives, proposal preparation and contract negotiations.

Eventually, the successful candidate will assume the role as our company’s Director of Marketing & Sales managing and directing all advertising, public relations, and promotional activities. In addition, as a contributing executive member, the Marketing and Sales Director would play an integral role pertaining to internal planning as it relates to annual budgets, staffing expansion, refining internal processes and policies in order to maximize efficiency and deliver more value to our clients.

Job Requirements

  • Achieve weekly quota and maintain customer pipeline
  • Ability to negotiate $25K – $100K deals over the phone
  • Provide prompt follow up to all inbound leads and track results
  • Ability to create and implement strategic business plans
  • Experience selling to CTOs and VPs of Application Development
  • Experience selling software as service subscription based model a plus
  • Experience with complex and consultative selling methodologies is a must
  • Ability to listen, communicate and qualify effectively over the telephone to all levels
  • Develop knowledge base in order to expertly represent WebNet’s services
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – persistence, aggressive and resourceful required

Qualifications

Minimum BS degree or related experience. We prefer candidates with 5-7 years of marketing and consulting experience in the Information Technology industry. The ideal candidate must have strong communications skills, present well in a client-facing situation and be self-motivated. The qualified applicant must be team oriented, possess strong leadership skills and able to prioritize and multi-task based on knowledge of business impacts and objectives.
