Internet Development: Led a highly-visible and time sensitive web-based initiative for an external client based in Houston that resulted in EDS being named as the client’s Technology Partner of the Year (PDF, 57K). This newly re-designed web standards customer facing site included an initial three-day requirements workshop, fully developed personas, wireframes, mockups, style guide, a functional prototype, .NET framework, SQL Server 2000, skillfully crafted user-centered graphic interface, well-structured and organized information architecture.
Intranet Development: Charged with re-designing and converting our internal travel site to an in-house content management system and migrated the site to a new server environment for our travel organization. The interface and information architecture (IA) was completely re-engineered to provide the associate a more highly usable and efficient site structure. Extensive functionality and content was added in an effort to provide the user with substantially more information, visual cues and intuitive features that will enable them to conduct a well-defined search for employment opportunities on a global scale.
Intranet Development: Charged with re-designing, implementing and deploying a dynamic Web presentation focused on career opportunities at EDS for our recruiting organization. The interface was completely re-engineered to emulate the eds.com brand and visual identity. Extensive functionality and content was added in an effort to provide the user with substantially more information, visual cues and intuitive features that will enable them to conduct a well-defined search for employment opportunities on a global scale.
Extranet Development: Assigned to build an online micro-site posting the roughly 500 agendas produced annually, and logistical information currently gathered for executive briefings. The primary objective was to create a unified system for posting executive briefing data where a client or prospect accesses a personal, secure site to review their latest information.
